Perfect for grilled chicken, turkey, fish or vegetables!
300gr feta cheese
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
½ tsp lime zest
1 tbsp Rich And Raw Greek thyme honey
Salt, pepper, oregano
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 teacup milk
After grating the feta, we put it in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and mix it with the mixer for about 1 minute. The consistency should not be too thick (please see image for your reference).
If it comes out thinner, add a little feta, or if it comes out thicker, add a little milk-it is up to your preference.
